About IFF 2009
Dear Fundraising Friends,
Have you ever heard someone say: “Oh, but it will never work here, no way!”… You have? Well, have your ever felt that way yourself? Good. We at the Czech Fundraising Center all have experienced it and sometimes we were right, and more often, we were proven wrong.
This is why we organized the 2nd annual International Fundraising Festival in May 20th to 22nd, 2009 in Prague. Click at this article to see more about IFF!
The Czech Fundraising Center (CZ), The Resource Alliance (UK), partner organizations from Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and Moldova have designed three great festival days packed with inspiration and sharing around issues related to FUNDRAISING! We included interactive workshops of recognized experts, discussions with professional colleagues in facilitated groups, fundraising simulations and games, learning by doing, and our favourite open space and the special Thursday gala night event program.
IFF 2009 was opportunity to meet fundraisers from the CEE region and elsewhere in the world! Delegates from 21 countries participated!
IFF is not a traditional conference. It aims to provide an open platform, offering all participants as great opportunity as possible to share experiences and information using a wide array of interactive methods and features. For this reason, the number of international participants of the IFF is limited to 100.
Thanks to support from our partners from the International Visegrad Fund and from other donors the IFF fee is only € 349 (+ accommodations). We provide an early bird discount to € 299 for those who apply before March 21st and also another discount to € 249 for all EFA members. To participate in the festival, please fill out the application form.
